24a grant unless it enters into a memorandum of understanding with the grant

4materials developed with the funds to the department and the director of the timber
5management program at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point College of
6Natural Resources for approval. Upon request, the grant recipient shall provide
7approved programs and materials to school districts free of charge.
